A superb quality monovarietal organic extra virgin olive oil, made from Chetoui olives which produce an oil with a robust and lively fruity flavour, with hints of artichokes, tomatoes and herbs and a peppery finish. Chetoui olive oil has a particularly high phenol content, making it rich in health-boosting antioxidants.

The robust flavour of this olive oil can add depth and character to a wide range of recipes, perfect for marinating or drizzling over meat dishes, for grilling vegetables or as a base in dips. The peppery notes provide a delightful contrast to milder ingredients such as fresh salads, cheeses or drizzled over crusty bread.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Typical values per 1 table spoon (15ml): Energy 500kJ/120kcal, Fat 14g, of which Monounsaturates 10g, of which Polyunsaturates 2g, Carbohydrates 0mg, Fibre 0mg, Protein 0mg, Salt 0mg.

Storage: Store away from light and heat. May become cloudy below 7°C, this is normal and will clear at room temperature.

Each bottle contains 500ml of olive oil.

First time trying this with Italian mozzarella and basil from garden - wow it smells so good and has a wonderful rich taste. Amazing product and the spout on the bottle is a pleasure to use!
