Hand-Picked Olives

Hand-picking is part of Ellouze 1870's meticulous process for crafting premium organic olive oil. This ensures olives are carefully harvested immediately before cold-pressing, contributing to the oil's exceptional quality and freshness as well as protecting the trees for future harvests

Organic Farming

Ellouze 1870's meticulous organic farming strictly avoids all chemicals. This commitment ensures our olives are naturally grown, producing Certified Organic oil through an environmentally conscious process.

Sustainable Cold-Pressing

Our two-phase extraction process separates olive paste into oil and wet pomace without adding water, significantly reducing environmental impact by eliminating polluting vegetation water and conserving water resources. This method ensures a higher polyphenol content in the oil, leading to richer flavour and improved stability
