A light, delicate monovarietal organic extra virgin olive oil, made from Chemlali olives. It combines aromas of melon, apple and dry herbs with a creamy taste with a light bitterness.

Its mild and balanced taste makes it a very versatile oil, ideal for dipping crusty bread and dressing leafy salads, as well as for cooking fish, in pasta dishes and tossing with steamed or blanched vegetables. Or try as a butter substitute for baking cakes and muffins.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Typical values per 1 table spoon (15ml): Energy 500kJ/120kcal, Fat 14g, of which Monounsaturates 10g, of which Polyunsaturates 2g, Carbohydrates 0mg, Fibre 0mg, Protein 0mg, Salt 0mg.

Storage: Store away from light and heat. May become cloudy below 7°C, this is normal and will clear at room temperature.

Each bottle contains 500ml of olive oil.
