A premium quality organic extra virgin olive oil, our Signature olive oil is made each year in very limited quantities from only the finest olives. This is an oil with character! Its aroma is grassy with notes of green almond and artichoke, whilst in the mouth it is well balanced with a fruity beginning and a slightly peppery finish. It has a high polyphenol content, making it rich in health-boosting antioxidants.
It is a well-balanced, elegant and very versatile olive oil, well matched with most meat, fish and pasta dishes as well as in dressings and for dipping.
