Its aroma is grassy with notes of green almond and artichoke, whilst in the mouth it is well balanced with a fruity beginning and a slightly peppery finish. It has a high polyphenol content, making it rich in health-boosting antioxidants.
It is a well-balanced, elegant and very versatile olive oil, well matched with most meat, fish and pasta dishes as well as in dressings and for dipping.
