A premium quality organic extra virgin olive oil, our Signature olive oil is made each year in very limited quantities from only the finest olives. This is an oil with character! Its aroma is grassy with notes of green almond and artichoke, whilst in the mouth it is well balanced with a fruity beginning and a slightly peppery finish. It has a high polyphenol content, making it rich in health-boosting antioxidants.

It is a well-balanced, elegant and very versatile olive oil, well matched with most meat, fish and pasta dishes as well as in dressings and for dipping.

Product Information

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Typical values per 1 table spoon (15ml): Energy 500kJ/120kcal, Fat 14g, of which Monounsaturates 10g, of which Polyunsaturates 2g, Carbohydrates 0mg, Fibre 0mg, Protein 0mg, Salt 0mg.

Storage: Store away from light and heat. May become cloudy below 7°C, this is normal and will clear at room temperature.

Each bottle contains 500ml of olive oil.
